Unibox uses folder groups in order to show emails from different accounts in a single overview. You can switch between them by tapping on the top bar. E.g. "Unibox" group contains all inbox and sent folders and the "Trash" group contains the trash folders from all accounts. You can also focus on a single account or a single folder.
